Nature for Kids Ltd
Meet the Team
Jenny Ivory - Director & Manager

I opened Little Fawns Preschool in February 2021 after having opened our successful sister Preschool, Little Gaddesden Preschool in November 2014.. Prior to that I had spent 12 years working in the Early Years sector in a variety of settings, with children ranging from Birth to 5 Years. I have a First Class BA Hons Degree in Education and Early Years. It is a passion of mine to enable children to have the best possible experiences in their Early Years to support and enable them to grow, learn and develop to their full potential. I am also very passionate about the benefits of Forest School & Outdoor Learning and this filters down into the preschool itself.
I have a husband, daughter and son at home and enjoy spending time with them and family. I also enjoy going for walks, cooking and being creative.
Alison Prall - Early Years Teacher

I became a qualified teacher in 2006 and a Forest School Leader in 2021. I love working with children, encouraging them to explore their interests and develop holistically so they can go on to reach their full potential.
I love the outdoors and all the fantastic benefits it provides. I have 2 children of my own; a nearly 5 year old and 2 year old who keep me busy and active!
Jemma Jackson - Early Years Teacher

I have been a qualified teacher since 2007 and have taught all ages in a range of primary school settings. I am excited to bring my expertise to the early years and help support the transition from preschool to primary. I am a champion of learning outdoors, helping children to make connections with their environment and promote a love of the natural world through experience and play. I am currently training as a Level 3 Forest School Leader and I cannot wait to get stuck into the mud with your little ones!
Maryam Kamil - Deputy Manager & SENCo
I am enthusiastic, committed, and responsive individual with excellent communication which has allowed me to develop effective skills in the childcare sector.
I have a very friendly personality and enjoy working in this sector. I am a very keen practitioner who is Level 2 qualified, and I tend to create new tasks and activities for children. I am currently undertaking my Level 3 Childcare qualification.
It’s very rewarding to see children develop and be ready for the start of their bright future.

I am a Dutch expat settled and working in the UK for almost 25 years. Meanwhile, also I am a mum of a joyful 4-year-old. I am a cheerful person and mainly have a positive outlook on life. I have been in school & childcare settings for most of my working career. The best moments are seeing those little happy faces of children. Especially when enjoying the activities, I have organised.
