Childcare support & fees

Subject to availability, all children can access the provision we offer. You can use any of the Government Childcare Support Funding Schemes at our settings. We offer a variety of sessions throughout the day enabling family’s flexibility to access and use the hours they need in the best way for them. If your child is not yet eligible to access any of the funding schemes on offer or need to attend more hours than the funding allows, they can do so. These hours are charged at a payable fee.

There are many options available to families to help with the cost of accessing Early Years provision for your child.

All children can access 15 hours Childcare Support Funding a week from the term after they turn 3 years old. Some children can access this funding at an earlier age, the term after they turn 2 years old, if certain suitability criteria are met.

30 hours Childcare Support Funding a week is available to working families for their children the term after they turn 9 months to 5 years old. To access these additional hours, you and any partner must expect to earn the equivalent or more to working 16 hours per week at National Minimum/Living Wage and no more than £100,000. If you or any partner is on maternity, paternity or adoption leave or unable to work due to being disabled or have caring responsibilities you may still qualify.

We accept payment for fees from the Government Tax Free Childcare Scheme. This is an account that families open where you can deposit money into it and the Government will top it up by 20%. The balance in this account can then be used by families to pay childcare providers directly.
To find out more information about any of the above schemes please visit www.beststartinlife.gov.uk

We accept Childcare Vouchers as a form of payment for fees. This is where a specific amount is deducted from your gross income and can then be used as a voucher to be redeemed against your childcare costs. To find out more about this you will need to speak with your employer.

Available session times are listed in each settings Prospectus located on their webpage; please choose the location you require for more information.
